Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

An awesome recipe for PB/Chocolate lovers!

Ingredients

  • 1 c all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 rolled oats
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ c LORIVA Canola Oil
  • 1 c brown sugar, packed
  • ½ c granulated sugar
  • ½ c applesauce
  • ¾ c MARANATHA Organic Peanut Butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 10oz pkg TROPICAL SOURCE Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease or line baking sheets with parchment paper. Combine flour, rolled oats, baking soda and salt together. Set aside. Mix oil and sugars until thoroughly blended. Beat in applesauce, peanut butter and vanilla until combined. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in chips. Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto cookie sheets, leaving 2 ½ inches between each ball. Bake 15 to 18 minutes until cookies are light golden brown. Allow cookies to cool before removing.

  2. Makes 2 dozen large cookies.
