Ingredients
- 2 c hot water
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 vegetable bouillon cube
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 whole roma tomato
- 1 rib celery
- 1 carrot
Instructions
Put all ingredients into Vitamix blender and process on high 6-7 minutes, or until steam escapes vents. Adjust seasoning as needed, and add any pizza "toppings" desired, such as black olives, cheese cubes or other veggies. Blend again and enjoy!
