Post-Workout Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 c blueberries
  • ½ c soaked almonds
  • ¼ c ground flaxseed
  • 1 serving Chocolate Vega Sport┬« Performance Protein or Chocolate Vega┬« Clean Protein
  • ¼ c raw cacao powder (or unsweetened chocolate powder)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1/2-1 cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. Before you work out, blend until smooth. Put in the refrigerator during your workout. When you return, enjoy!
