Quick Miso Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 scallion, chopped
  • 1" piece Emerald Cove Wakame
  • ¼ c cubed tofu
  • Water or stock
  • 2 tsp miso

Instructions

  1. Simmer first three ingredients in water or stock. Dissolve miso in small amount of water and add after removing soup from heat. Do not boil miso.
