Try this Southeast Asian flavored dip for your next party. Or add more warm water to make a quick sauce.
- 3 tbsp Maranatha Peanut Butter
- 3 tbsp Mirin (sweetened rice vinegar)
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 medium garlic cloves finely chopped
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Loriva 5-pepper oil
- 1 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger
- 2-6 T warm water
Combine all ingredients in bowl or food processor.
Add warm water to desired consistency.
Serve cold with carrots, celery and cucumbers.
