Raspberry-Banana Recovery Smoothie

Fresh ripe raspberries and bananas combine with almond milk, heart-healthy almond butter, agave nectar and chia seeds to create a delicious powerhouse that will reinvigorate you after an intense workout.

Ingredients

  • 3 medium bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
  • ¼ c fresh raspberries
  • 2 c plain almond milk
  • 1 heaping T natural almond butter
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar
  • 1 tbsp ground chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cover; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
