- 2 large avocados, pitted and peeled
- 2 ½ tbsp coconut butter
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp xylitol or coconut sugar
- 1/2 large banana
- 1/4 to 1/2 C raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp maca (optional if making for children)
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 3 strawberries for topping
- ½ c walnuts
Blend all ingredients (except, strawberries and walnuts) in a food processor or Vitamix.
Top with berries and walnuts and serve! So easy and so delicious!
