Short'nin' Bread


  • 4 c sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1 c brown sugar, packed
  • 2 c vegan butter


  1. Combine flour and sugar in mixing bowl; cut in butter with pastry blender. Pat dough ½" thick on floured surface; cut with 1 ½" cookie cutter; place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350°F about 20 minutes.
