Strawberry Chia Jam


  • 1 c fresh strawberries, quartered
  • ¼ c water
  • Sweetener, as desired, optional
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds


  1. In a small saucepan, combine strawberries, water and sweetener, if using, over low heat. Cook until strawberries are soft. Mash with a fork. Add in chia seeds. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until a jam texture has formed.

  2. Place in a jar, cool and refrigerate to set.
