Sunni's Easy Vegan Donuts


  • 1 c whole wheat flour
  • ½ c sugar
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • dash of Himalayan salt
  • ½ tsp each nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves
  • ½ c non-dairy milk (almond, rice, coconut, soy)
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp apple cider vinegar (ACV)
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix milk of choice and ACV; set aside for 10 minutes.

  3. In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together well. Mix the rest of the wet ingredients together, then add wet to dry.

  4. Fill mixture ¾ full in each circle of a doughnut pan. Bake 10-12 minutes.
