- 1 c whole wheat flour
- ½ c sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- dash of Himalayan salt
- ½ tsp each nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves
- ½ c non-dairy milk (almond, rice, coconut, soy)
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp apple cider vinegar (ACV)
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a small bowl, mix milk of choice and ACV; set aside for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together well. Mix the rest of the wet ingredients together, then add wet to dry.
Fill mixture ¾ full in each circle of a doughnut pan. Bake 10-12 minutes.
