Super Soy Smoothie


  • 1/4 block of silken-style soft tofu
  • 1 c vanilla flavored soymilk (1/4-1/2 C less soymilk for a thicker smoothie)
  • ½ c vegan vanilla yogurt
  • 1 c of your favorite fruit sliced into chunks


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until mixed well.
