plain nondairy milk, white wine, vegan cheddar cheese, shredded, vegan Monterey Jack cheese, shredded, vegan cream cheese, softened, chopped green onions, frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained, ground dry mustard, ground cayenne pepper, garlic powder, coarsely ground black pepper
Serve with veggies and bread cubes.
vegan margarine, vegan chocolate chips or dark chocolate, flour, corn syrup (I used agave instead), vanilla, soy milk, Kahlua or other flavored liqueur (optional)
nonalcoholic white wine, water or plain nondairy milk, nutritional yeast flakes, quick-cooking rolled oats or 1/4 cup flour (any kind), sesame tahini, kuzu, arrowroot, or cornstarch, fresh lemon juice, onion powder, salt, dry mustard, each: white pepper and grated nutmeg
Serve these with jalapeno "bratwurst" from "Hearty Vegan."
