I made this with quinoa instead of rice, and it was fabulous!
rice wine vinegar, lime juice, garlic clove, minced, minced ginger, minced shallot, of salt, of cayenne, sesame oil, safflower oil, vegan buttermilk (milk with a bit of lemon juice/vinegar), cooked quinoa, 4 scallions, thinly sliced
