Thai Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • ½ c soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave

Instructions

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients together. Pour over protein or vegetables. Marinate for 4-24 hours. Broil or grill as you prefer.
