Turmeric Banana Smoothie With Ginger

Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 1 ½ c vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp ginger, minced
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tbsp honey (or agave)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 6-8 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to high speed blender. Blend 20-30 seconds or until smooth and creamy, top with additional hemp seeds and turmeric if desired.
