Vegan Nog Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 9" deep-dish graham cracker crust
  • 16 oz non-dairy cream cheese, softened
  • ½ c sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp dark rum or 2 tsp vanilla
  • ¾ c Silk Nog
  • Egg replacer equal to 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg.

  3. Beat in rum or vanilla and Silk Nog.

  4. Beat in egg replacer eggs.

  5. Pour into crust and bake 25-30 minutes.

  6. Chill.
