Ingredients
- 1 9" deep-dish graham cracker crust
- 16 oz non-dairy cream cheese, softened
- ½ c sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp dark rum or 2 tsp vanilla
- ¾ c Silk Nog
- Egg replacer equal to 2 eggs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg.
Beat in rum or vanilla and Silk Nog.
Beat in egg replacer eggs.
Pour into crust and bake 25-30 minutes.
Chill.
