- 3 tbsp margarine (I use Earth Balance)
- 7 oz. vegan marshmallow creme (I use Suzanne's Ricemellow)
- 6 c Rice Krispies cereal
In large saucepan melt margarine over low heat. Add marshmallow creme and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
Add Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until well coated.
Using a greased spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cool. Cut into 2-inch squares. Best if served the same day.
