- 3 c whole grain mini penne pasta
- 1 can white beans
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes with chiles
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- finely diced sweet onion, garlic, broccoli, radish
- 2 c vegetable broth & 1 cup water
Stir all together at once into the inner pot of a rice cooker, and press white rice option and walk away. That's it! Stir twice during cooking. Easy peasy!
