Vegetarian Penne Easy Peasy


  • 3 c whole grain mini penne pasta
  • 1 can white beans
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with chiles
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • finely diced sweet onion, garlic, broccoli, radish
  • 2 c vegetable broth & 1 cup water


  1. Stir all together at once into the inner pot of a rice cooker, and press white rice option and walk away. That's it! Stir twice during cooking. Easy peasy!
