Lighter and less sweet than traditional frosting. This was one of my favorites as a kid!
- 1 c non-dairy milk
- 1 (3 1/2 oz) pkg instant pudding mix, any flavor
- ¼ c powdered sugar
- 8 oz dairy-free whipped topping
Pour milk into bowl; add pudding mix and sugar.
Beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes.
Gently fold in whipped topping.
