This is my favorite everyday pizza dough
- 1 ¼ c water
- 2 tbsp honey or agave
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 ½ c all purpose flour
- 1 ½ c whole wheat flour
- Basil to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- onion powder to taste
- 1 tsp rapid rise yeast (or 2 1/4 tsp regular dry yeast)
I put everything in my bread machine and run it on the dough cycle, but I used to do it with my stand mixer. If using stand mixer, combine half the flour and all the other ingredients, mix, slowly adding the rest of the flour until a sticky dough ball forms. Let rise for an hour or so.
Divide into 2 balls, and let rise at least a half hour.
Bake in oven. I do it at 425 deg F for 11 min
