Yeast Rolls


  • 2 c lukewarm water
  • 1 pkg dry yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg (or Egg Replacer)
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp melted non-dairy butter
  • 6 c flour


  1. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Let dough rise 1 hour or until double in size. Punch down. Form into rolls and let them rise for 1 hour in a lightly greased pan.

  2. Preheat oven to 450°F. Brush tops of rolls lightly with melted butter and bake for 10-15 minutes.

  3. Makes 3 dozen rolls
