Apple Cereal Muesli

A good, healthy breakfast alternative. It is eaten cold or room temperature.

Ingredients

Mix together in a large bowl and store in the refrigerator:

  • 3 or 4 c. chopped apples (about 6 apples)
  • 7 c. rolled oats (not quick--old fashioned/regular is better)
  • 4 c. milk
  • ½ c. orange juice
  • 2/3 c. honey
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¾ c. raisins
  • ½ c. nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Great as a snack too!
