    Maple Baked Beans

    These baked beans are slow-cooked in a crockpot for about 24 hours. As the sap slowly cooks down it turns into a sweet, maple-flavored gravy.

    Sourdough Pancakes

    sourdough starter, room temperature*, granulated sugar, 1 egg**, melted butter, salt, baking soda, warm water, * The night before using your sourdough starter, remove from refrigerator and let come to room temperature. Then feed the starter with flour and water. Let this sit eight (8) hours or preferably overnight.     Mint Chocolate Whipped Body Butter

    of cocoa butter, mango or shea butter (you can also substitute another 1/2 cup cocoa butter. It will be a smidge less “light” when whipped up!), coconut oil (find coconut oil here), of jojoba or a mild olive oil (almond oil can also be used but it will decrease shelf life because it is more vulnerable to oxidation), 1-2 teaspoons peppermint essential oil (depending on preference), pure cocoa powder (if you would prefer a “white chocolate” version that is not a bronzer, substitute arrowroot powder or non-GMO cornstarch), naturally derived vitamin E (optional)
