Easy, moist, and delicious!!
Ingredients
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all and pour into ungreased 9 x 13 pan:
- 1 lg. can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple with liquid
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 c. chopped walnuts, optional
- Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or more until done in middle. Cool.
Instructions
Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 stick butter
1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Cream together in mixer until smooth and creamy.
