Mexican Wedding Cake

Easy, moist, and delicious!!

Ingredients

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all and pour into ungreased 9 x 13 pan:

  • 1 lg. can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple with liquid
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts, optional
  • Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or more until done in middle. Cool.

Instructions

Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting:

  1. 1 stick butter

  2. 1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

  3. 2 c. powdered sugar

  4. 1 tsp. vanilla

  5. Cream together in mixer until smooth and creamy.

  6. Enjoy!!
