This is our "famous" family birthday cake frosting. It is made simply with common ingredients, but is also delicious!
Ingredients
Beat until soft:
- 1 stick butter
Mix together and add 1/2 of mixture to butter and beat until mixed:
- 4 c. powdered sugar
- ¾ c. baking cocoa
Add 1/2 to mixture above and beat until mixed:
- ½ c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
Add remaining powdered sugar and milk mixtures. Beat until smooth. Add more milk if it is too thick.
