Whole Wheat Pancakes

Light and fluffy!! Yum!

Ingredients

Beat Lightly:

  • 3 eggs

Add and beat together:

  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 T. oil

Stir in until smooth:

  • 3 c. whole wheat flour
  • 2 T. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cook on HOT griddle. Yummy with blueberries or other fruit in them. (With apples add cinnamon.) Enjoy!!
