Whole Wheat Pancakes

Easy and yummy!!!

Ingredients

Beat lightly:

  • 3 eggs

Add:

  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 t. olive oil

Stir in until smooth:

  • 3 c. whole wheat flour OR 3 3/4 c. spelt flour
  • 2 Tb. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cook on hot griddle. Can add blueberries or other fruits or try 2 c. grated apple and 1 Tb. cinnamon.
