To go with Moist and Tender Chocolate Cake
- 3 c sifted powdered sugar, divided
- 2/3 c NESTLE TOLL HOUSE Baking Cocoa
- ½ c (1 stick) [vegan] butter or margarine, softened
- 5 to 6 T [rice] milk, divided
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Beat 1 C powdered sugar, cocoa, [vegan] butter, 2 T [rice] milk and vanilla extract in small mixer bowl until creamy. Gradually beat in remaining sugar and [rice] milk until smooth.
Makes 2 Cups
