Chocolate Lover's Frosting

To go with Moist and Tender Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 c sifted powdered sugar, divided
  • 2/3 c NESTLE TOLL HOUSE Baking Cocoa
  • ½ c (1 stick) [vegan] butter or margarine, softened
  • 5 to 6 T [rice] milk, divided
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Beat 1 C powdered sugar, cocoa, [vegan] butter, 2 T [rice] milk and vanilla extract in small mixer bowl until creamy. Gradually beat in remaining sugar and [rice] milk until smooth.

  2. Makes 2 Cups
