Ingredients
- 1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ c peanut butter
- ½ c peanuts (optional)
- 6 c Crispix cereal
- 1 c confectioner's sugar
Instructions
In a double boiler, melt chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and peanuts. Pour mixture over cereal.
Place confectioner's sugar in 2-gallon storage bag or a brown bag. Add coated cereal to sugar and close bag. Gently toss cereal mixture until well coated. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
