Versatile oatmeal that can be made the night before.
- 1/2 c. butter
- 6 c. rolled oats
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1 c. dried fruit
- 1-2 c. sugar OR maple syrup OR honey
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1 t. vanilla
Melt butter in 9x13 pan in preheating oven (350)
Combine dry ingredients.
Combine wet ingredients.
Tip pan to coat bottom and sides and mix remaining melted butter into wet ingredients.
Mix dry and wet mixtures together.
Pour into pan (may be refrigerated overnight) and bake 20 minutes or until not runny in center.
