Ingredients
Crust:
- 7 whole double graham crackers (1 cup)
- ¼ c. butter
- 2 T. sugar
Filling:
- 16 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- ½ t. vanilla
- ½ c. sugar
Topping:
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 T. sugar
- ½ t. vanilla
Instructions
Crust:
Crush graham crackers.
Mix with sugar.
Add melted butter and press into 9" pie pan
Filling:
Beat together till smooth, adding sugar gradually.
Bake 20-30 minutes, until set, at 375
Cool slightly.
Topping:
Beat together till smooth.
Spread on top of slightly cooled cake.
Bake 5 minutes at 375
Chill. It is best eaten the following day.
