Mom's Cheese Cake

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 7 whole double graham crackers
  • ¼ c. butter
  • 2 T. sugar

Filling:

  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ t. vanilla
  • ½ c. sugar

Topping:

  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 T. sugar
  • ½ t. vanilla

Instructions

Crust:

  1. Crush graham crackers.

  2. Mix with sugar.

  3. Add melted butter and press into 9" pie pan

Filling:

  1. Beat together till smooth.

  2. Bake 20-30 minutes, until set, at 375

  3. Cool slightly.

Topping:

  1. Beat together till smooth.

  2. Spread on top of slightly cooled cake.

  3. Bake 5 minutes at 375
