- 2 c dry rice
- 4 c chicken broth
- 1 ½ c sour cream
- 1 heaping tsp. salt
- Black pepper to taste
- Chicken breasts cut to equal one serving
- 1 stick butter
Combine first five ingredients in bottom of a 9x13 casserole pan.
Layer on broccoli chunks.
Sear salted chicken in pan with oil.
Layer on chicken pieces and butter chunks.
Salt and pepper to taste and cover with foil.
Bake 350° about 1 hour or until done.
