Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ c. Old fashioned oats
  • ½ c. Milk
  • ¼ c. Plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1 T. Chia seeds
  • 1 T. Honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ¼ t. Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix all together and let set overnight in refrigerator.

  2. Keeps 5 days.

  3. Add toppings (fruit, nuts, etc.) when ready to eat.
