Ingredients
- ½ c. Old fashioned oats
- ½ c. Milk
- ¼ c. Plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 1 T. Chia seeds
- 1 T. Honey or maple syrup (optional)
- ¼ t. Vanilla
Instructions
Mix all together and let set overnight in refrigerator.
Keeps 5 days.
Add toppings (fruit, nuts, etc.) when ready to eat.
