Ingredients
- 2 c pumpkin puree
- ¾ c brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ½ t. ginger OR
- 1 t. fresh grated ginger
- ½ t. salt
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c heavy cream
- ¾ c milk
Instructions
Blend all ingredients
Pour into a buttered 1 ½ quart casserole.
Bake at 350 for 55 to 65 minutes or until a knife inserted near enter comes out clean.
Cool and garnish with whipped cream.
