Roma Fresca - Salsa

Ingredients

  • 5 large roma tomatoes, skinned, seeded and chopped
  • 1 medium sweet or yellow onion, diced
  • 1/2 bunch of cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • hot peppers to taste, chopped
  • juice of 1 small lime
  • 4 Tbs. whey
  • 1/2-1 Tbs. sea salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all together and put in quart jar.

  2. Leave at room temperature overnight.

  3. Lasts 2 months in cold storage.
