- 5 large roma tomatoes, skinned, seeded and chopped
- 1 medium sweet or yellow onion, diced
- 1/2 bunch of cilantro, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- hot peppers to taste, chopped
- juice of 1 small lime
- 4 Tbs. whey
- 1/2-1 Tbs. sea salt
Mix all together and put in quart jar.
Leave at room temperature overnight.
Lasts 2 months in cold storage.
