Roma Fresca - Salsa
5 large roma tomatoes, skinned, seeded and chopped
1 medium sweet or yellow onion, diced
1/2 bunch of cilantro, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
hot peppers to taste, chopped
juice of 1 small lime
4 Tbs. whey
1/2-1 Tbs. sea salt
1. Mix all together and put in quart jar.
1. Leave at room temperature overnight.
1. Lasts 2 months in cold storage.
Yields: 1 quart
