Simple Hot Cocoa


  • ½ gal. Milk
  • ¼ c cocoa powder
  • ¾ c sucanat
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)


  1. Gently heat milk with cocoa and sucanat to drinking temperature while stirring with a whisk.

  2. Remove from heat and stir in other flavorings.

  3. Serve with marshmallows, squirty whipped cream, peppermint stir stick, or etc.
