- ½ gal. Milk
- ¼ c cocoa powder
- ¾ c sucanat
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Gently heat milk with cocoa and sucanat to drinking temperature while stirring with a whisk.
Remove from heat and stir in other flavorings.
Serve with marshmallows, squirty whipped cream, peppermint stir stick, or etc.
