Snow Ice Cream

Patty: Try to catch snowflakes on your tongue. It's fun. Linus Van Pelt: Mmm. Needs sugar. Lucy Van Pelt: It's too early. I never eat December snowflakes. I always wait until January. Linus Van Pelt: They sure look ripe to me.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. milk or cream
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 T. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs in a large bowl.

  2. Add cream, sugar and vanilla.

  3. Mix together and add enough clean snow to create the desired consistency.

  4. Refrigerate for a while to get a smoother consistency.

  5. Can be stored in the freezer.
