My grandmother's recipe. Not the healthiest dish ever, but oh, so delicious!
Ingredients
- 10-12 potatoes- peeled, cubed and cooked.
- 1/2-3/4 lb bacon
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- ½ c vinegar
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
Dice bacon and fry until crispy
Beat eggs and add sugar, vinegar, mustard and salt and pepper
Add egg mixture to bacon and fat.
Stir constantly until it boils
Pour over potatoes and stir together.
Serve warm.
