1/2 c. Old fashioned oats
1/2 c. Milk
1/4 c. Plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
1 T. Chia seeds
1 T. Honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/4 t. Vanilla
1. Mix all together and let set overnight in refrigerator.
1. Keeps 5 days.
1. Add toppings (fruit, nuts, etc.) when ready to eat.
