Banana Sandwich Loaf 1.5 Lb

Ingredients

  • 1 cup
  • 1 tbsp veggie oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 oz banana, in chunks
  • ¼ c dry buttermilk powder (optional)
  • 3 c flour
  • 1 tbsp gluten
  • 2 ½ tsp yeast

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the bread machine and run on white cycle.
