Country French Loaf With Rosemary

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ c water, 80 to 90 deg F
  • 2 ¼ tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • tsp honey
  • 1 ½ tsp dired rosemary
  • 1 ¾ c flour
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 6 tbsp barley flour
  • 6 tbsp whole wheat flour
  • ¼ c rye flour
  • 1 ¾ tsp yeast

Instructions

  1. Put ingredients in bread machine (in the order recommended by the machine manufacturer) and run on the French cycle.
