Ingredients
- 1 ¼ c water, 80 to 90 deg F
- 2 ¼ tsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ⅜ tsp honey
- 1 ½ tsp dired rosemary
- 1 ¾ c flour
- 2 tbsp flour
- 6 tbsp barley flour
- 6 tbsp whole wheat flour
- ¼ c rye flour
- 1 ¾ tsp yeast
Instructions
Put ingredients in bread machine (in the order recommended by the machine manufacturer) and run on the French cycle.
