Thai Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbs Red Curry
  • ½ c peanut butter
  • 1 tbs lime juice
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 4-5 shakes of fish sauce
  • salt or soy sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all of these then add warm water in small amounts until desired consistency is reached.
