A party-size portion.
- 4 c shredded cheddar
- 4 c shredded Havarti
- 1 ½ c cream cheese
- 1 ½ c bread and butter pickles, minced
- ¾ c pickle juice
- 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons Tabasco hot sauce, or to taste
- 1 c pimentos, minced
- ¾ c mayonnaise
- salt and black pepper to taste
Combine cheeses, mayonnaise, pickle juice and Tabasco in food processor and pulse until combined. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
We found ¾ tablespoon of Tabasco to be sufficient.
