Farfalle & Shrimp Casserole


  • 3 c uncooked farfalle pasta
  • 1 pkg (1.8 oz) leek soup/dip mix
  • 2 c milk
  • 1 lb cooked medium shrimp
  • 1 ½ c frozen baby peas
  • ½ c shredded Havarti cheese
  • ¼ tsp paprika


  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 2-qt casserole with cooking spray. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Place pasta in casserole.

  2. In same saucepan, heat soup mix and milk over medium heat just to boiling, stirring constantly. Pour over pasta. Add shrimp and peas and mix. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.

  3. Bake 35-45 minutes.
