This dish is easy to prepare and absolutely delicious.
Ingredients
- 16 oz penne
- 3 tbsp butter
- 6 oz smoked salmon, chopped
- 1 c whipping cream
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
Cook pasta til al dente.
Melt butter in a heavy skillet. Add salmon and cook gently over medium heat. Stir in cream and tomato paste. Cook until heated through. Stir in dill and cayenne pepper. Mix sauce into pasta and serve in shallow bowls with additional dill.
